What's wrong with the planet, anyway?
Good question! It's a lot of things, unfortunately. It all started back in the 1800's, during the industrial revolution. The industrial revolution was a huge change; common items such as clothing began to be created in factories rather than the home. Factories require heat, and lots of heat requires the burning of fossil fuels. Fossil fuels release a lot of carbon, which is a harmful substance that can deplete the worlds ozone. The ozone's job is to keep harmful UV rays from the sun getting to the earth; that's why the earth is heating up, in a global phenomenon called climate change.
